Coliban Water, Bendigo WRP, VIC – 2007
The Screwtech shaftless screw conveying system was selected for screenings transfer as part of the upgrade to the inlet works at the Bendigo WRP.
Key elements of the Screwtech design include:
Perforated dewatering sections which allow for the return of wash water to the inlet works.
Screw flight brushes that clear the perforated section with each revolution.
Stainless Steel components for long service life and low maintenance.
UHMWPE lining system with wear indicators.
Totally enclosed design for odour control.
Sealord Products, Nelson, NZ – 2006
Sealord incorporated the Moduline conveyor system for their high speed fish fillet production plant at Nelson (belt speed between 35 – 40 m/min).
The moduline range of conveyors has proven to be a versatile and economic alternative to custom manufactured conveyors. The moduline conveyor range can be specified to suit virtually any configuration, environment or conveyed product.
Moduline conveyors are manufactured in Stainless Steel for critical hygiene areas. The design is simple, robust and extremely easy to clean.
