Surface Aeration
The AQUA-TURBO® AER-AS direct drive floating surface aerator system has gained worldwide recognition through it’s simplicity, longevity, high performance and extremely low maintenance requirements. The superior mechanical design and performance is a result of the unique worldwide patented SCREWPELLER®, a carefully designed two bladed Archimedes type impeller, with incorporated centrifugal diffusion head.
Aquasystems International NV also incorporate the proven technology of the AQUA-TURBO® design in other styles of aerators including low speed, aspirator and submersible.
Diffused Aeration
Diffused aeration is mainly utilised in municipal and industrial wastewater plants. Membrane tube and disk diffusers constructed in various materials are available ensuring fine bubble aeration across all installations. Enviroaer can offer complete aeration systems including distribution pipework and blowers for unique tank geometries and difficult process applications.
Jet Aeration
Fluidyne jet mixing systems are ideal for sludge mixing, flow equalization basin mixing, tank blending and flash mixing. The jets provide energy efficient off-bottom solids suspension. Tank liquid is pumped through the liquid line and through the inner nozzle, high velocity is created by the inner nozzle forming a jet plume. Simultaneously compressed air is forced through the air line into the air transfer duct and then the outer nozzle. The high velocity jet plume shears the air creating fine bubbles. These bubbles are carried by the jet plume into the tank liquid, as the jet plume disperses and velocity slows. The buoyant force of the bubble causes the bubbles to rise.
Mixing
The AQUA-TURBO® MIX series of floating and submersible mixers provide intensive mixing, high performance and lifelong reliability. Their simple and robust construction minimises maintenance while their flexibility through many executions ensures a favourable investment.
Decanting
The AQUA-DECANT™ is a simple and robust floating decanter that works with water level variations. The design causes minimal disturbance of the sludge blanket, whilst avoiding the aspiration and discharge of floatable materials, thus making them the ideal solution for SBR reactors. The AQUA-DECANT™ is available in four executions, model variants have a flow range from 10 → 2,000m3/h.
Oloid
Oloid offers an innovative technology for the treatment of waste water and liquid media. The engines may be used simultaneously as agitators, mixers and surface aerators. This agitating and aerating technology is based on a three-dimensional, pulsating motion and a specially designed stirring body - the Oloid. The result combines minimal energy consumption and the best possible solutions for process engineering and environmental technology.
